Rules & Regulations

We are always happy to welcome guests at the Residence: friends, family, acquaintances who are staying at the owner’s apartments. To ensure everyone will enjoy their stay at the Residence, we have drawn up a set of rules and regulations.

  • We are all here to have a good time. Please respect each other’s privacy and do not make loud noise and/or cause bother to other people residing in the complex. This applies at all hours of the day and night.
  • The Residence Kalim Bay in Phuket is a private residential condominium development owned by many people. The apartments have 2 bedrooms and have been designed for occupation by a maximum of five (5) people (including children and/or babies).
  • We are proud of our property and its appearance, therefore:
    • towels or other items may not be hung over the balcony, please use towel racks provided on the balcony.
    • refuse and garbage must be put in the appropriate places. There is an area set aside for the disposal of rubbish which is located near the roadway, between the poolside pavilion and building A.
  • The magnificent swimming pool is opened between 08:00 and 20:00 hrs. For maintenance and chemical treatment purposes, no swimming in the pool is allowed outside these hours.
  • Common property such as sunbeds, are for everybody to enjoy and cannot be used exclusively. For example, do not leave towels or bags on sunbeds to claim or reserve them.
  • In order to respect hygiene and keep the pool free from sunscreen lotion, all users must shower before swimming.
  • Drinks may be enjoyed at the pool, however glasses and/or bottles may absolutely not be taken into the pool.
  • The car park at the Residence is reserved for owners. Rental cars from other guests should be parked on the roadside alongside the security checkpoint.
  • Key pick-up can be arranged with the Residence administrative office on site during regular office hours (mon-sat 9am-5pm)
